Our Web page is written in Vietnamese Unicode. The encoding should be Western European (Windows). Check your encoding by clicking View/Encoding, then choose Western European (Windows).
If you still can not read Vietnamese, do the following: On Internet Explorer, click Tools, Internet Options. On the General tab, click Fonts, choose Tahoma for Web page font. Click OK. If you do not have Tahoma font, you can use Verdana or any other Vietnamese Unicode fonts.
If you do not have Vietnamese Unicode fonts, click here or here to download. Install Vietnamese Unicode font and proceed as in step 1 above.
Then click View, Encoding and check Unicode or Western European, which one allows you to read Vietnamese.

Open VPSKeys (or click here to install VPSKeys 4.3 on your computer). In DieuChinh tab, choose Viet Nam. In KyThuat tab, choose Unicode. Click ThayDoi, then OK.
Open MS Word (or other MS software like: Frontpage, PowerPoint, Notepad, Outlook…), choose Tahoma font.
Begin to type in Vietnamese adding accents and signs by following the instructions on the KyThuat tab.
